Ashley got her nose done, even though she claim it's for medical reasons,just to fix her deviated symptom!

Aubrey O'Day

Audrey had a boob job, and ,her lips plumped. She looks like a slobby porn star!!

Bristol Palen

Bristol had a "corrective surgery" on her jaw. Her lips look plumped and her cheeks look more defined.. Even though her face is still swollen for the surgery I think she looks much better...

Bruce Jenner

Bruce had a nose job along with a face lift. He then had to go under the knife several times to correct the damage done.

Nicole CoCo Austin

 CoCo obviously had butt implants, I don't care how many times she claims they are real!! She also had a boob job, which she admits having. It has also been claimed that she had some lipo done.

Courtney Cox

Courtney had botox, her cheek and lip fillers. Some claim she had a  mini face lift as well! My god she went way overboard she looks extremely fake!

Courtney Love

Courtney Had 2 nose jobs, she recently got a third one to fix the previous two jobs. She also had her lips done as well as botox, along with lipo. I'm not convinced I think she had more work done!

Haylie Duff

Haylie had her nose done.. Looks like she needs another one!! T_T


Janice Dickinson

Oh my... This lady has done it all. Well she said it "Everything about me is fake, and I'm perfect"

Jennifer had some botox and filler, nothing major.

I have previously posted Kim in my Celeb Plastic surgery part 1, but there are still a lot of alleged speculations that she had some work done.
Now I am pretty convinced she had her cheeks done along with Botox, she keeps doing it I don't care if she says she didn't like the results she does and it shows. It has also been rumored that she had her nose done!

Kris Jenner

 

 Kris Jenner had several nose jobs, a boob job, along with a face lift eyelid surgery, and both Botox and Fillers.

Kourtney Kardashian

 
It's well known that Kourtney had a boob job when she was younger. But lately Kourtney paid a visit to Kim's Plastic surgeon. She looks prettier and fresh. Her cheeks look more defined, not defined as Kim's though more natural, and it's obvious she had some Botox done.

Haifa Wehbe

 

This is the second time I post Haifa wehbe's transformation. But she did undergo a lot of changes.. 
Along with wearing grey contacts, just wanted to mention that since a lot think it's her natural eye color, which really is dark brown,
 Haifa had several nose jobs the latest was in 2010 where she lowered and enlarged the tip of her nose, what a shame since she looked much better before. She also has fillers in her cheeks, and lips some claim her ass and thighs as well as she wasn't as curvy as she is now! In addition she has Chin implants and several boob jobs, which she ended up reducing in 2010.
She looks much older now. She actually looks her age, and by her age I mean her "real" age which is in her 40s. not the one she claims to be!!

Lady Gaga

It's been rumored that Lady Gaga has had a nose job, which she denies.

Lil Kim

OMG these new picture are disturbing! I can't believe my eyes!! 
In so many ways it's obvious she's a Kim K wannabe!! My god the make-up!! The wrong foundation shade is hurting my eyes!! 
Lil' Kim has admitted previously about having plastic surgery, it's been reported, or it's obvious, she had several nose jobs, cheek implants, lip augmentation, several boob jobs, brow lift, skin bleaching, tummy tuck, wait I'm not done yet, fillers in lips and cheeks! eye lid surgery and botox on a daily basis, just kidding!!

Sheyla Hershey

Dear lord almighty!! Sheyla has undergone 18 plastic surgeries mostly on her breasts along with having a nose job, lip injections, and a butt job! Her kkk boobs awarded her guinness world records award!! Blimey!!

Tara Reid

What happened to this girl. She used to be a healthy good looking girl!! Oh my the perks of being a Hollywood star! Oh wait, she used to be one! What does she do now!!!
Tara has admitted on having a boob job and lipo on her abdomen! 

Victoria Beckham

Victoria Beckham obviously had breast implants even though she used to deny having one for years, she recently got her D cups reduced to smaller cups that suit her tiny frame. Some claim she had them removed, I think she replaced them with smaller ones since removing them will leave loose skin that needs lifting and constructive surgery along with implants to hold them in place!

Victoria Silvstedt

Victoria obviously had her boobs and lips done. Alleged speculations say she had a nose job as well!
I really don't like her, ever since seeing how rude and self absorbed she is on her reality show!

Katie Price a.k.a Jordan

Oh my, Ok I might be guilty for being a Katie price fan, but by all means I'm not a fan of her style! She is so cheap!! I'm on Team Katie, and there is no way I'd ever be on team Peter! That hypocrite of an actor, who'd talk about the mother of his children to gain sympathy and publicity!!! 
ok, ok moving, Katie Price obviously had quite an affair with plastic surgery! First thing first she had her boobs done around 5 times, she had her teeth done (dental veneers), she had lipo on hips, nose job, lip and cheek fillers, and many many botox injections. If you ask me too many!
