She is one of the most famous Italian/Americans in the world. Her dad, Silvio Anthony Ciccone, is a first generation Italian/American and she is the third of six children.

Madonna's goes back to her roots once again in her new Dolce and Gabbana Fall collection.

I have to say i can't believe she is in her fifties and look this good, thanks to photo shop all women look young, flawless, and beautiful! But even though at her age she has a killer body and she's so flexible thanks to yoga!
